As a complex systems engineer (in my previous professional life) I approach therapy by exploring different parts of our incredibly complex internal and external systems, into which we were born and are living in. By co-creating spaces where experiment offers perspective, art offers a bird's eye view, where dialogue leads to reflections, communication creates connection and movement allows for shifts we can explore the vastness of human experience and brainstorm how to best make space for ourselves in this world.
Together we can explore the ways we can find the ground, develop neuroplasticity, gently look at outdated coping mechanisms; how do we look at intimacy; how we perceive our boundaries with another person or persons, and how we can better connect to ourselves and to others.

I am a graduate of Gestalt Institute of Psychotherapy in Toronto, Canada and a registered member of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

On this day and every day I, as a settler acknowledge that the land I steward is the traditional territory of many nations including the Ojibwe, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples.
This land is protected by the “Dish With One Spoon” wampum inter-nation peace agreement.
